Hello! I’m Peggy Douglass, the proud owner of A Lovely Mindset!

Meditation has been a cornerstone of my life for over 20 years. Initially, I employed meditation as a tool to facilitate sleep, harnessing its relaxation and insomnia-reduction benefits. However, I soon understood the imperative of incorporating meditation into my daily routine, as it effectively promoted calmness during and beyond the practice itself. By acknowledging and accepting stress and overwhelm, we can prioritize self-care. Through meditation, I discovered my purpose in sharing its benefits with others, providing them with tools and techniques centered on breath awareness to enhance life quality. I am excited to offer my Meditation Class, available in various formats, including one-on-one, weekly, group, and video sessions.
